Rusty & Nancy Fuls, Owners
The Owners
Our names are Rusty and Nancy Fuls. We are a husband-and-wife team dedicated to our customers and each other. We have been married for 40 years. We have four daughters, seven grandchildren, and two dogs. A Shitzue puppy and a long-haired Chihuahua. Rusty is a 13-year veteran of the Navy and National Guard. Nancy has many years of experience working in the medical field. Together we have over 30 years of experience in the home service industry.
We started out owning and running a cleaning service. As time passed and we developed trust with our customers, they saw that we were dependable, trustworthy, and responsible. Our winter customers asked us to “watch their home” for the summer in their absence. Our regular customers would ask us to “keep an eye” on their home. House sitters just didn’t work out. House sitters would leave their places dirty and in disarray. So, a home watch service became a natural fit for us and the customer.
As the saying goes, “Two heads are better than one.” It’s easier for two people who help each other to solve a problem than it is for one person to solve a problem alone.
We are just your average hard-working couple. We don’t pretend to be some fancy business that provides lip service. We don’t put on airs. We don’t pretend to do the job. We do what we promise.
We started Essential Home Watch Services because we wanted to bring a service that’s “Essential” to the homeowner. The dictionary defines essential as absolutely necessary; or extremely important.
Our customers are extremely important to us. Home watch is extremely important and absolutely necessary for absent homeowners.
We always say we could write a book. Well, with dealing with homes and condos for over 30 years, we have seen it all. We pride ourselves on our attention to detail. If not, issues could cost the homeowner thousands of dollars. We catch the issue before it becomes a major problem. Unless it’s beyond our control. We have dealt with roof leaks, mold, plumbing issues to storm damage.
We are licensed, insured, and bonded. For our protection and yours. Unlike your friends or neighbors who would say, “We can keep an eye on your property” and get caught up in their lives and forget to check in on a regular basis.
